Suzanne’s 60th Birthday Party with the Shimmies

  • The Shimmy Shake Improv team came to my house to entertain a large group of my friends for my 60th birthday party. Everyone was blown away by what a lot of fun they were to watch!! Our friends ranged in age from late 20’s all the way up to 70 years ! Everyone had a great time.
    I know they will be on my short list of groups to entertain for future eventsl

    If you missed last Tuesday’s show at The Thirsty Ear, then you missed out on life!! We got to experience Jesse’s AWESOME day. We discovered that Jesse is the most awesome dude, has the most awesome friends, the most awesome job and works with the  most awesome co-workers. What an awesome guy! 

    We had a fantastic crowd ripe with suggestions. The crowd is the reason The Home Shopping Network debuted it’s patented, one of a kind Sex Toy Duster, only available during showtime hours.  Volunteers, Shelly and friend,  gave the sausalita dancers more moves than that dance knew it had, during Moving Bodies!  Gina rocked out a beverage party where Kool Aid Man crashed the party and balloon animal obsessed girl filled her balloons with flatus from flatulence girl. And she guessed it all in less than 3 minutes! There was an obscene amount of analyzing going on during the dating game, along with some bush trimming that Carmalita was very interested in. The only pressure felt was during ABC’s, but we finished the game in the nick of time! All this and more packed into less than 40 minutes!! Make sure you join in on the fun at our next show!!

    And last but not least, the gold and silver go to the Shimmies in the Da Do Ron Ron Olympics! Scott of Fake Bacon won a respectable bronze. We love playing with the Bacons!!

    OOOH SNAP!! It’s been way too long since our last posting! We’ve been having more fun than 4 girls should be allowed to have!! In addition to our monthly shows at The High Five and Thirsty Ear we’ve been busy with practice and visits to Thailand (Erin), Chicago (Sophia), Oklahoma (Gina) and King’s Island (Celia). We also had the awesome opportunity to shake our shimmies at not one, but two parties this past month!
